Scotland Starts Here has a handy Events section that advertises upcoming events in the South of Scotland to audiences near and far.

Submitting events to Scotland Starts Here is free, and submitted events may be used in blog and social media content, as well as press and media activity. To be considered for promotional activities, events should be submitted at least a month in advance of the event taking place.

The SSDA also works closely with major event organisers to share the South of Scotland’s calendar of exciting, major annual events and establish the region as a year-round must-visit destination. Find out more in our Events Support section.

Please note that all event listings must be approved by the SSDA team before going live and should follow our events listing guidelines. We reserve the right to reject events that do not meet these guidelines.
